These terms and conditions shall be applicable to all the consumers who wish or intend to participate in the “Consumer Scheme for Charminar” (here in after referred to as “Contest”) being conducted by HIL LIMITED (here in after referred to as “HIL”) from 1st APRIL, 2018 to 30TH APRIL, 2018, both days inclusive
(hereinafter referred to as “Scheme Period”).
The Participants agree to have read and understood the terms and conditions, and each Participant hereby agree to be bound by these terms and condition and/or by any subsequent revisions of the said terms and conditions.
The Contest shall be open for all the residents of India above the age of 18 years (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”). Please note that Corporates shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest. Corporates include a public or a private limited company.
To participate in the contest, the following process is required to be followed by the Participants:
Step 1 :
Customer should purchase Charminar sheets & accessories from the retailer or stockist across India for a value equal to or higher than Rs. 2000/- during the scheme period only.
Step 2 :
Customer should ask for a valid bill / invoice from retailer or stockist from whom he/ she shall purchase the material.
Step 3 :
Bill must contain a bill number, total bill amount & bill date. The bill must be produced in original when asked by HIL representative for verification.
Step 4 :
Customer will message the bill number & bill amount to <9246011100> mentioned on the poster shared with retailers in the following format: CHARMINAR < unique bill number > SPACE < total bill amount>
Step 5 :
After sending the message, the Customer shall receive an auto response from HIL, confirming the receipt of the message.
Step 6 :
On successful completion of the Contest, HIL shall select the winners through lucky draw.
Step 7 :
Consumers from entire Country, except from the State of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Delhi, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura, and the Union Territories of Puducherry & Andaman & Nicobar Islands, shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.
Participants upon valid registration during the Contest Period shall stand a chance to win an IPL ticket for 2 persons.
Participation in this Contest is free, voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Participant. By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the decisions of HIL, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
Participant would be able to send only one SMS through a single mobile number to participate in the Contest.
The Winners shall be announced on 3rd MAY, 2018. The list of Winners shall be uploaded on official website of HIL i.e. WWW.HIL.IN. The decision of HIL in this regard shall be final and binding.
In addition to a caption on website, all the Winners shall receive an SMS on their registered mobile numbers. Each Winner will be able to claim Two Free Ticket for IPL match (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”) within 48 hours of announcement, after verification of indicated documents by HIL representative.
This Contest cannot be combined with any other promotion. Please also note that :
- No part redemption will be possible.
- The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- New Unique Code cannot be used for SMS booking.
If the Participant is not reachable for 48 hours on the mobile number used to participate in the Contest, his/her nomination shall stand cancelled and the next Participant shall be given the prize as per HIL’s discretion. HIL shall not assume any responsibility in this regard.
HIL shall stand fully absolved of its obligation under the Contest after thelist of Winners is posted on official website of HIL, and there after HIL shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the Winners and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect of the Contest.
HIL shall not be responsible for downtime on services rendered by the Telecom operators / provider that may occur for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to decisions and / or changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, DoT or any other regulatory body.
HIL shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to act of God, governmental actions, other force major circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any other such loss.
HIL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
The personal information shared with HIL, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the Participant.
The Prize is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
The employees of HIL, their dependants, agencies associated with this Contest and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this Contest.
All disputes with respect to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Hyderabad alone.
